Shipping and returns


The delivery time varies from 1-5 business days depending on the day of the week that the purchase was made, and deliveries occur only on weekdays. If you have items in stock delivery would be:

• Península and Portugal: 24/48 h.

• Canarias, Ceuta and Melilla: 48/72 h.

Orders are prepared at the time the payment has been confirmed and at the following times:

Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 14:00 h. Orders received outside these hours will be prepared the next business day. No deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are done.

For bank transfer payments, shipping will occur once the entry has been made effective.

In the event that any item is not in stock, you can choose to wait until they are all items for shipping or prefer it delivered separately, paying the client in this case the shipping charges of the two shipments.

Shipping cost

The cost of each shipment will be automatically calculated and detailed at the time of purchase to confirm that the customer always approve before confirming payment and mainly depend on the destination and / or weight of the package. Out of the peninsula and Portugal an additional fee may be charged.


Sometimes, due to hardly controllable causes as human errors or incidents in computer systems, it is possible that we can not serve the client any products purchased. In that case we will contact the customer before shipping.

We will not be responsible for non-delivery if stock shortage or unavailability of the product, acts of God, weather conditions, strike or disruption of transport services, flood or fire.

Order changes

You can not change the delivery address once the order is placed.

Shipments will be sent to the address or addresses provided when ordering, please make sure that the information is correct and complete.

Shipments that are returned to us by the negligence of the buyer (address erroneous or incomplete shipping, etc..) Will no longer be shipped until the buyer has paid back the shipping.


Hidraferr aims at total customer satisfaction.

If not satisfied with your purchase or there is a problem with your order, please make your return within a period of 7 working days from receipt.

Before proceeding with the transfer must contact our sales department for we indicate the steps to be followed.

No returns will be accepted if the item is damaged , worn, stained, broken or altered in any way , the item must be in perfect condition.

Shipping charges and return the item paid by the customer , unless the return is due to our error or defect in the item.

When's check that the items are in perfect condition with labels , you will be sent a confirmation email stating the amount (Item Price) to be paid into your account.

Please attach a copy of the invoice on which the product is displayed returns.
